Order Confirmation & Processing 

Once your purchase is successfully completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to two business days for order processing. After your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note: Processing and shipping estimates do not include holidays or other scheduled closures.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier associated with your order and file a claim directly with them.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.

International Orders

Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we are actively working on offering international shipping soon. 

Please note that sizing can vary between items. While we include approximate measurements for some products in the descriptions, we strongly recommend taking your own measurements to ensure the best fit.

Our one size fits most pieces are designed for effortless versatility, made to flatter while offering a comfortable and personalized fit for everyone.

What if my size is sold out?

If your size isn’t available, it’s likely sold out. Some items may be restocked, so we encourage you to check back or reach out to us for updates.
